Model Mama

If there's one thing I know about the baby in this belly, it's that it is bound to be pretty darn cute :)

 We were unsure of the weather because of the looming clouds above, but I am so happy that we went ahead with plans to shoot on this rather dramatic looking evening.  Carly was a total natural in front of the camera and her hubby kept her laughing during the shoot. I can't help but smile when I look at these images!
 

I can't wait to go back and photograph their little bean in a few weeks! 

Little Fairy

It was hard to keep up with this energetic and adorable little girl on the eve of her 2nd birthday.  She was running around so fast that it seemed like with a gust of wind, she may just use those wings to fly away!

Gibbs Family

Our session didn't get off to a very good start, as I accidentally locked my keys (& camera) in my car right as we were about to begin!  So, thanks again to the Gibbs family for being patient while waiting for husband to drive out to Seal Bay and help me out.

Custom Tutu Sessions :)

What little girl doesn't love to frolic around in a tutu?!  

I started making these tutus last year to use during photo sessions and my stock has kept expanding :)  Sometimes that hardest part is making a little girl take it off and give it back when we are done taking photographs.

50 Plus...Really?!!!

If this is what over 50 year old looks like, well, excuse me while I go jump in my time machine and head into the future!  Without diclosing her exact age, it is true that she is in her 50's and really looks this wonderful.

No doubt that part of the reason she is in such good shape is because she works outside a lot on her sprawling, whimsical gardens.  Her yard served as a beautiful backdrop to these photographs.

Summer Girl

Yay for sunshine and taking photos of pretty ladies!

I'd been scoping out these purple flowers on the side of the highway since they first appeared a few weeks ago...I just had to wait for the right person to come along - and the right weather of course!

I was very fortunate that my lovely model didn't mind doing a little bushwacking and climbing :)
