Sweet Baby Jordan

What a good baby!  Twelve day old baby Jordan was happily awake for most of our two hour session but fell asleep a few times for long enough to get a few sleepy shots.  Mom and Dad are very lucky to have such a calm and sweet son!

Three Ladies and one Little Man

Mom, Tanya, must have her hands full with these three!  Although I must say they were all incredibly well behaved during our session and are adorable to boot!

Four year old, Lunaca, was one of the best little models I have ever had the privilege of photographing and her eyelashes are simply out of this world!

Dusk, the ten year old boy of the bunch wasn't thrilled at the idea of having his photos taken, but was a trooper and did a great job...I LOVE his freckles!

Little Alexandra is the youngest at 9 months.  Her beautiful blue eyes sparkle so bright and her little nose scrunches up so cute when she smiles!

And of course mama is lovely too and she is obviously doing a great job with her little ones!

Mother & Son

Although this mother and son don't have the opportunity to see each other often, it is pretty easy to see the pride that Kathy has in her son, Chris!

I hope you both enjoy the rest of your visit together and I hope that these photos serve as a nice memory when you are apart!

The mulBerryLand and Friends art & garden show!

Naomi & Nico of mulBerryLand Bed & Breakfast are hosting their annual Art and Garden Show on the weekend of July 24th-25th. 

The show will showcase the work of Comox Valley artists and live music performed by local singer/songwriter Joey Clarkson from 11-1 both Saturday and Sunday!

The gardens will be open from 10-4 both days.  It promises to be a fun event where you can see local artwork, while strolling through a beautiful garden and eating (free) popcorn!!

Growing and Glowing

  

Having been pregnant myself a couple of times, I know that not every mama-to-be has that "glow" that people talk about.  Danielle is proof that some pregnant women have a special radiance that cannot be matched!  Truly beautiful!

Congratulations to Jeremy and Danielle on your upcoming birth and thank you so much for choosing me to photograph this special time for you! 

The Millers go to mulberryLand!

It's always a special pleasure to photograph my friends, so when the Millers traveled from Salt Spring Island for a visit - it was perfect timing for a photo shoot.  Neacol & Stanley are expecting their second child in a couple of months, so it was a good time to capture a few images before their family becomes four!

When the Millers are on Salt Spring, they can usually be found in their studio busily working on their wearable glass sculptures for their company Bling Squared.  If you've never seen their creations, you should go check out their website here.

Lastly, I have to say thank you to Naomi and Nico of mulBerryLand!  They graciously allowed us to use their beautiful property to do this photo shoot.  They have a wonderful B&B in Comox that truly is one-of-a-kind.
