Zombie Attack!!!

This family approached me with an idea that was inspired by a zombie engagement photo shoot that they had seen online.  I loved the idea and jumped at the opportunity to do family photos with such a quirky twist!  

Don't worry no zombies were harmed and no babies were actually scared in the creation of these images :)

Elliotte, Caroline & Charles

Caroline won one of the door prizes at the Bellies, Birth and Babies Fair back in May.  I had donated a photo session as part of her door prize.  

Caroline and Charles have a sweet little daughter, Elliotte.  Elliotte's eyes are seriously unbelievably blue and she has thick, dark eyelashes that frame them perfectly.

This family of three seem to be an all around, nice and caring trio and it was nice to watch them interact with one another :)

Shelby and Mark Get Married!

Shelby told me something before their wedding day that really resonated with me.  She said something to the effect that their life has never been a flawless, beautiful fairytale and they wanted the photos to reflect the highs and lows of their life and their special day.  There were definitely moments on that day, that tested their ability to make a plan B.  It started to downpour within an hour of their outdoor ceremony starting.  Fast decisions were made and although things didn't go as planned, they still got married among loving, warm (and funny) family and friends!  I had a lot of fun on this day, all of this couple's family and friends were wonderful to work with.

Congratulations to Shelby and Mark.  I hope these photos captured a hint of your life together!
