Caitlin, Steve, Isla and Olin!

I met up with Caitlin and Steve and their little ones at Puntledge on a nice Spring day a couple of weeks ago.  Although this couple is originally from the Valley, they now live in Bella Coola.  They took advantage of their visit here and we did a little family session.

Olin had a bit of a cold and maybe he wasn't his usual self, but he sure was cute anyways!   Isla was so full of personality, it was amazing to look through all of the images of her and see her range of expressions :)

Overall, super cute family!!!

Baby Oakley!

I met Oakley for our session when he was one week old.  The young mister had plans of  feeding all day long and not bothering with any of our silly photos, so we had to compromise :)  We had lots of breaks for Oakley to nurse and he decided to cooperate with us.  He wasn't interested in sleeping a whole lot during our session so we worked around that too!

Oakley's parents, Shannon and Tim were total naturals with their baby boy and I thank them very much for having me over to their home for this session with beautiful baby Oakley!!!

Robin

I am sure that most of you know Robin as the woman behind Our Big Earth.  Robin is embarking on a new phase in her career as she takes on not one, but two National projects.

To be honest with you, I am not too keen on writing about a writer, so I am going to send you to the OBE website to catch up on what is going on with Robin!  Hee hee.

Robin was in need of new headshots of her pretty, smiling face as she starts these projects, so we planned a location that was fun, lively and colourful in hopes of avoiding the standard, stuffy business headshot.

Carly, Nic & Deiro - Waiting for baby

I often think back on my pregnancies with warmth and affection as a I reflect on how I was the perfect goddess...hahahaha.  No, I don't!  Carly, on the other hand, may have an easier time with that!

We headed out to the beach for her March maternity session and although the sun was shining bright, it was actually very chilly and windy.  One year old, Deiro, braved the cold for as long as he could, but our session ended a little quicker than normal.

I am so looking forward to capturing their new arrival and I can't wait to see if they are adding a little girl or boy to their sweet family.  Thanks again!!!
